Our water heater stopped working at night, so I contacted Water Heaters Only and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician on the phone was excellent—answered all my questions, explained the timeline, and gave an estimate of the costs. The next day, Lucas Pedro arrived on time, walked me through the process, costs, and timeline, and replaced the unit within a few hours. He did an amazing job, answered all my questions, and provided his contact number in case we needed anything further.
